Ingredients
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 200 g of Yellowfin tuna
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 medium potato, boiled and grated
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Black olives, sliced, for decoration

Preparation
- Prepare the Tuna: Open the can and flake the tuna into a bowl.
- Prepare the Eggs: Peel and finely chop the hard-boiled eggs.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the tuna, chopped eggs, grated carrot, grated potato, and finely chopped onion.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, salt, and pepper.
