Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Tracking

At The Timeless Tin, every order is assigned a tracking number once it has been shipped.

If you wish to track your order or need assistance, you may contact us at support@thetimelesstin.com

Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders received before 10:00 AM (CET) are processed the same business day.

• Handling and preparation time may take up to 3 business days.

• Estimated delivery times:

  • • Portugal: 3 business days

    • EU: approximately 7-15 business days                                  (Exception: deliveries to Norway may take up to 30 business days.)

    • US: approximately 5 business days

    • Outside the EU (e.g., USA Non-Mainland & Remote Regions, Canada, Australia): approximately 3–4 weeks

Please note that local, regional, and national public holidays are non-working days and may extend delivery times.

Product Availability

If one or more items in your order are not available, The Timeless Tin will inform you as soon as possible, indicating:

• The new estimated delivery time, and

• The option to:

  • Receive a refund for the unavailable item(s), or

  • Substitute the item(s) with a product of similar or superior quality, at the Buyer’s choice.

In the case of substitution, the Buyer retains the right of withdrawal under the same conditions as the originally purchased item.

Delivery Conditions

To ensure smooth delivery, we kindly ask Buyers to provide a delivery address where someone is available during normal business hours.

Each shipment includes a delivery note inside the parcel.

The Timeless Tin works exclusively with specialized courier and transport companies.

• In case of absence, the courier will attempt delivery a second time.

• If delivery is still not possible, the order may be taken to a pickup point, where available.

Responsibility After Shipment

Once the order has left The Timeless Tin’s warehouses, it is handled by the selected transport company. From that moment, The Timeless Tin no longer has direct control over the delivery process.

If your package is already in transit and you have questions or issues, you must contact the courier directly.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery attempt.

If a return is required, the product must be sent back in the original packaging in which it was received.

Failed Deliveries & Reshipments

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.

• If a delivery fails due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address,

  • Absence of the recipient,

  • Failure to collect the order from a pickup point within the courier’s timeframe,

  • Or any cause attributable to the Buyer,

Any reshipment costs will be borne by the Buyer, including cases where the order must be sent again after being returned to our facilities.

Warranty & Claims

All products sold by The Timeless Tin are original brand products, covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and initially free from defects.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the consumer may choose between repair or replacement, unless one option is impossible or disproportionate.

• The consumer must notify the issue within two months of becoming aware of the defect.

• The Timeless Tin is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery.

• Any lack of conformity appearing within twelve months is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless proven otherwise.

Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments

If a product is defective or an incorrect item has been shipped, the Buyer may choose:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund.

In these cases, The Timeless Tin will cover all return and shipping costs.

Conditions:

• For incorrect shipments, products must be returned unused, sealed, and in perfect condition, including original packaging.

• Products showing signs of use or unsealing will not be accepted.

• For defective products, the Buyer should return the item in the best possible condition.

Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

If the product is in perfect condition but the Buyer is not satisfied, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the order.

The Buyer may choose:

• An exchange, or

• A refund.

In this case:

• Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, or alternatively as a discount voucher, at the Buyer’s choice.
