Ingredients:

  • 1 tin of "Octopus - in Olive Oil" from Los Peperetes
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Baguette or similar crusty bread, sliced
  • Optional: microgreens for garnish

Instructions:
