Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 g canned Yellowfin tuna in Brine
  • 100 g fresh arugula
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional, for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Peel and cut the hard-boiled eggs into quarters. Open the can of white tuna and flake it into large chunks.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and tuna.
  3. Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dress the Salad: Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
