Ingredients
- 1 can of razor clams in natural juice
- 1 orange
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- Mixed lettuce (you can use romaine lettuce, arugula, spinach, etc.)
- Edible flowers (such as calendulas or pansies) for decoration
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Drain the razor clams and place them in a bowl.

Peel the orange and cut it into segments or supremes. Set aside.

In a small bowl prepare the vinaigrette, mix 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil with 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
